Orthodontics

Orthodontics - to improve the appearance of crooked or crowded teeth, often using invisible braces.

Orthodontics can improve the appearance of the teeth and face if your teeth are crooked, overcrowded or there are spaces. Our specialist orthodontist utilises various methods including tooth coloured removable or fixed braces or retainers to straighten teeth and produce a beautiful smile. Age is not a limiting factor in orthodontics since both children and adults can be treated; the main factors taken into consideration before treatment are usually the position of your teeth and the condition of your teeth and gums.

Depending on the severity of a particular case, treatment can take between 6-24 months. It is necessary to have regular check-ups throughout the treatment in order for the brace to be adjusted and monitored, and for your teeth to be professionally cleaned by the hygienist.

Patient Comments:

“After enquiring about orthodontic work throughout my 30s and being told I was too old for orthodontic treatment, it was refreshing to meet an dentist who wasn't as dismissive as previous dentists. I was worried about wearing a brace but felt that I was in good hands with the Advanced Dentistry Centre's specialist. The results of my orthodontic work are brilliant. It has outshone all my expectations and I am 110% happy.”
