This patient had a large gap between her two front teeth, one of which was abscessed. The abscessed tooth was removed and replaced with an implant and porcelain crown and three porcelain veneers were placed on the adjacent teeth to eliminate the large gap. The result is a beautiful natural looking smile.

This patient had a history of gum disease and was having problems eating with so few teeth. The solution was to have his few remaining teeth removed and implants placed and new fixed bridgework in upper and lower jaws. He particularly wanted a very natural looking smile so this is reflected in the final result, with crooked teeth, fillings and the look of gum recession.
