This patient was very unhappy with the appearance of his two front crowns which had the typical NHS appearance. These were changed to all porcelain crowns to give a beautiful natural appearance indistinguishable from his adjacent teeth.

This patient had her front crowns for several years but her previous dentist had not wished to replace them for mere cosmetic reasons. She was very unhappy with this and asked us to replace her upper dark and opaque-looking porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns with new whiter porcelain ones. By a combination of tooth whitening and new all porcelain crowns, it was possible to re-establish a completely new look for her giving an instant improvement to the smile and her self-confidence, a younger more aesthetic look.
