Full Arch Bridgework

Utilising dental implants to replace all of your teeth in either your upper or lower jaw – or both and then restoring them with fixed or removable bridgework.

Full Arch Bridgework is the name given to the replacement of a large number of missing teeth or all teeth in the upper and lower jaws. Opting for dental implants will ensure that your replacement teeth look and feel natural and will function like natural teeth when you are eating and talking without having to take them out to clean or at night. They are fixed permanently in place so that it is only you who knows you have implants.

Treatment involves placing the titanium posts, which are able to fuse with the jawbone to provide a secure foundation for your replacement teeth. These implants can often be restored immediately with the interim or final teeth.

Patient Comments

"Having implants placed has been life-enhancing; my partial denture was poorly fitted and I had no confidence and would never smile. Thanks to my new bridge I have renewed confidence and am no longer conscious of my smile."

Mrs C.

"My existing bridge was failing due to an infection in my upper teeth; Dr Tipton suggested implants and bridgework and this suited me as I didn't want to have a denture. I found the process extremely thorough and I am extremely happy with the end result."

Mrs E.
